Our Mission is to promote Indigenously Developed technologies in the domain of Metal AM and take them to Global Market.

Our core philosophy revolves around the 3R strategy i.e. Reclaim out of service parts, restore them using Metal AM, and Rehabilitate them back into the service—with a focus on extending the lifecycle of out-of-service parts to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability. This has enabled us to build our core competencies in the field of Material Research and Material Characterization. 

We have incubated at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore – a premier R&D Centre under Department of Atomic Energy situated at Indore to manufacture Laser Additive Manufacturing-Direct Energy Deposition (LAM-DED) Metal 3D printers and provide solutions & Services in the Realm of Metal 3D Printing thus doing our bit towards आत्मनिर्भर भारत .

Recently we have signed Technology Transfer agreement with IIT, Indore as well to manufacture and promote Micro 3D Printer especially to manufacture Strain Gauges, Electronic Sensors etc.

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate from IIT, Roorkee (Erstwhile UOR), Manoj has charted out a successful career spanning 30+ years including leadership positions in both National & International Markets.
Known as a result-oriented technology savvy professional, his career has given him opportunities to work with companies who have Pioneered their field of technology and caused disruptions in the Market place while growing the business multiple times
His passion for technology started in his college days itself where he got the chance to work on his Engineering project using Micro Processor 8085 way back in 1988, when Desktop PC was just born. Since then, there have been many instances where he has successfully driven Technology intensive Businesses.
And for last 9 years, Manoj is driving Additive Manufacturing adoption in India specially beyond proto typing and taking it to the Shop Floor to solve real time manufacturing problems.
Built from the ground up the Additive Manufacturing Business within Adroitec under 4DS as brand. Today 4DS not only represents leading brands like Stratasys but also boasts of Installation base of 300+ 3D Printers and many Marquee users. 4DS has also excelled in supporting the businesses of its users by providing services in AM.
For last 3 years Manoj is working as an independent Consultant guiding businesses in AM adoption and have successfully integrated End use parts in Industries viz. UAV, Electrical Vehicle etc.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate with 5+ years of experience in Additive Manufacturing.

Technology Manager at VFuse Metal:

  • Leading design, development, and commissioning of Laser DED-PF Metal 3D Printer.
  • Managing vendor relations for system development and maintenance.
Lalit is a born Entrepreneur who successfully ran his own venture where he Designed, and 3D printed several sand & investment casting patterns for industries and successfully completed more than 20+ industrial project.

Previous experience: Managed pre- and post-sales services for Markforged, Xact Metal, Formlabs, and Zetamix. Specialized in metal 3D printing and installation.

Passionate about DFAM and exploring Additive Manufacturing applications across industries.

 

Shriyansh A. Bhagwat

Application Manager
A Post Graduate Engineer with M. Tech in Manufacturing Engineering and Automation has keen Interest in Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing domain. In his Master program, Shriyansh worked on a project for Development of Prototype Metal Printer using SLS Technology (08/2020 – 08/2021). This project was successful in achieving its goal of creating a low-cost prototype Metal 3D printer using SLS technology while also giving decent output.
He also interned at Kranti Industries where he received hands on Experience in Machine maintenance. Learned functions and workings of CNC, HMC, VMC machines.
For last 1.5 Years, he is working with 4DS as Application Engineer and have been instrumental in FFF based Metal System. He also has working experience on GOM Scanner and Design X Reverse Engineering software.
